The objective of the renovation and expansion was to provide the restaurant with an urban identity in a residential neighborhood without special attractions.
The place is closed to the outside with a black steel skin that is inspired by the images of the death star from the movie Star Wars, of which Ãlvaro is a great fan. The interior is conceived as a white space in which the food and dishes imagined by Ãlvaro are the protagonists.
The openings in the skin allow light to enter during the day and for the room to act as a spotlight that radiates light at night.
Inside, a booth has been designed that is a tribute to the dark side.
