Malaga Tourism School – Current status

In 2019 we began the work of drafting the Rehabilitation project of the Tourism school for 15 homes. The first part of the work was to survey the plans and investigate the origin of the building.
The original project is by the architect Antonio Ruiz Fernández, presented to the Malaga City Council on December 27, 1899. The original plans are in the municipal archives.
When demolishing the false ceilings we found a wooden structure in excellent condition and designed and calculated with great rigor, since 120 years later it did not present any type of pathology.
