Headquarters in Madrid for the Lunwerg publishing house

The rehabilitation of a building from the early 20th century on Covarrubias Street in Madrid is planned to house the Madrid headquarters of the Lunnwerg publishing house.
An exhibition room and reception are planned on the ground floor and semi-basement. On the upper floors are the offices and in the attic a small loft.
The intervention in the protected building is planned as a work of overlapping pieces of wood, glass and polycarbonate.
The project is carried out jointly with the Spanish-French architect Alfonso Magaz Robain.
