The refurbishment of a building from the beginning of the 20th century in c/Covarrubias in Madrid is planned to host the Madrid headquarters of the Lunnwerg publishing house.

On the ground floor and semi-basement are projected an exhibition hall and reception. On the upper floors are the offices and in the attic a small loft.

The intervention in the protected building is conceived as a work of superimposed pieces of wood, glass and polycarbonate.

The project is carried out jointly with the Spanish-French architect Alfonso Magaz Robain.
