The competition proposals cover three blocks of the neighbourhood.

We propose an urban cluster that expands. We do not want closed, introverted, nineteenth-century blocks.

We want an optimum cluster for a rooted and reliable, luminous and beautiful social structure. Weft and warp, galleries and accesses, patios, gardens, colours.

The structure of the unit allows variations that adapt to different types of users.
